Brittani Cassidy

Purchasing Agent

As a purchasing agent for Windsong, Brittani Cassidy works closely with vendors and contractors making sure that each construction project has the supplies and skilled tradespeople needed to complete the home and deliver it on time. She is focused on materials, payments for materials and services, and permitting, all necessary ingredients to help houses get built. Previously she served as an Estimator at Windsong where she began to develop relationships with builders, vendors, and sales agents and grew her understanding of the Windsong building process.

Brittani began her career in construction at age 17, doing drywall touch-up and finish, then accepted a position with the same company working in their office and developing the skills that would later guide her career in the industry. She worked for the Department of Housing and Urban Development and then accepted a position with a housing company, serving as their Repairs Department Supervisor and Repairs Analyst Manager for four years.

Brittani studied construction technology at Penn Foster College. In her spare time, Brittani enjoys spending time with her husband, with whom she worked as a teen at her first construction job. She enjoys animals, especially reptiles and amphibians, and considers herself a Ball Python enthusiast, with an interest in their genetics.
