Who complains about this shortest month?

The weather unpredictable

One holiday, celebrating love

Once broken, is it fixable?

Romantic love, a love of friends,

(or an objet de désir)

Supposedly you will find it

In the shortest month, Février.

It helps, of course, to take good care

Of our most precious beating heart

Even if we’ve been a bit remiss

It’s not too late to start.

February reminds us that Heart Health

Is something we must mind

Of our bodies we must be respectful,

And to our hearts, be kind.

Exercise, eat healthfully

And get adequate rest

Take some breaks, do things you love

Avoiding constant stress.

And best of all, spend time

With people who make you smile

And who help you understand

That love’s what makes life worthwhile.

All our friends, both old and new

Fill our hearts with love and ease

And it’s easy to spend the time we need
