Our Team

Andrew Carruth is Windsong’s Community Planning Manager and a third-generation homebuilder with a depth of experience in construction operations, sales and customer service. In 2018, Andrew, alongside his sister Lauren, stepped up to lead award-winning custom homebuilder Loren Homes - a company founded in 1984 by his father, Windsong's co-founder and CEO Mark Carruth. Under their leadership, Loren served custom home clients and earned a reputation for excellence, attention to detail and exceptional customer service. 

When the Windsong and Loren teams joined together in 2025, Andrew took on his current role of Community Planning Manager where he continues to carry forward the team’s long legacy of thoughtful planning, engaging design, and personal service. Prior to his work at Loren Homes, Andrew worked for real estate law firm Weissman for seven years. 

Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Georgia and is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Georgia.
