Our Team

Woodstock native Caleb Eyl’s knowledge of the local real estate and development industry comes from a lifetime of working in his family’s commercial real estate business, where he honed both an instinct for land development and the ethics required to work with sellers and the surrounding community.

As Land Acquisition Manager with Windsong, Caleb’s work includes identifying land on which future Windsong communities will be built in the Metro Atlanta area.

Growing up in Woodstock, Caleb has experienced first-hand the growth and progress in the community, and an appreciation for what home buyers are looking for.

Caleb enjoys whitewater kayaking, and serves as a volunteer with Team River Runner, where he teaches military veterans how to enjoy the sport, and helps disabled veterans to build confidence and strength.
