Our Team

Joe Brown joined Windsong in 2016 as a member of the Clover Creek building team. Joe entered the construction industry in 1980, and spent fifteen years as a structural superintendent for Atlanta Structural Concrete Company. He earned his Truss Joist Certification, which requires a combination of career experience and identification of proper installation techniques.

In 1995, Joe transitioned to the home building industry. For the next thirteen years, he owned JSB Builders, where he was able to apply his expertise in structural standards, construction quality and customer satisfaction to residential construction. Windsong homeowners appreciate the experience and dedication Joe brings to each home and each project.

A graduate of John McEachern High School in Powder Springs, Georgia, Joe has two grown children, and four grandchildren (three girls and one boy). When he is not building homes, Joe enjoys hunting and camping.
