Windsong's Chief Executive Office Mark Carruth is a pioneer in Atlanta’s active adult homebuilding industry. A third-generation homebuilder with over four decades of experience in the homebuilding industry, Mark’s own experience as an empty-nester ignited his passion for building communities of enduring value for the market segment. He co-founded Windsong in 2003 with Steve Romeyn.
Windsong has gained recognition for homes that are both practical and luxurious, incorporating universal design with distinctive style to accommodate an active lifestyle and accessibility for aging in place. For nearly 20 years, Mark has been part of the team creating the award-winning Windsong communities of Heron Pond, McConnell Green, Marlowe, Echols Farm and many more. Today, his vision and approach for sustained growth continues as Windsong looks to bring it's excellence to homebuyers of all ages.
