As a member of the Quality Builders Warranty Program, Windsong Properties, continues to be committed to technical excellence, professional dealing, ethical practice, and financial stability. All members of the Program are screened thoroughly on a regular basis to ensure their continued dedication to quality. From that group, only a small number of homebuilders nationwide receive the “Builder of Integrity” award.

The National Housing Quality Awards (NHQA) is the housing industry’s most prestigious program for recognizing operational excellence. Modeled after the Malcom Baldridge Quality Awards, NHQA examines a homebuilder’s business across eight categories, from Leadership to Customer Satisfaction, to Construction Quality and Business Results, challenging applicants to benchmark their operations against a rigorous set of standards.

The NAHB 55+ Housing Industry Council Best of 55+ Housing Awards are the 55+ sector's only national awards program that honor the people, companies, projects, and programs that have contributed to innovative marketing, industry-leading design, and construction and community lifestyle features that appeal to all life stages.
The industry and the media view the awards as a showcase for quality housing, innovation and emerging trends that appeal to the mature demographic. This annual competition is judged by knowledgeable peers and industry experts, each hacing a proven record of success in various facets of the 55+ Housing sector.
Presented each year by the GAHBA’s Sales and Marketing Council, the OBIE Awards began in 1980 to recognize outstanding achievement in the home building industry. Since then, the program has grown to include more than 100 building, remodeling, marketing, and personal achievement categories. Named after the obelisk shape of the award, the OBIE Awards are considered a premier award in the Atlanta home building industry.
Including winning the 55+ Community of the Year 3 times, most recently in 2022 with Marlowe.
The Builder of Choice Award recognizes builders that are committed to creating and maintaining an environment that allows trades and suppliers to accomplish their work efficiently and effectively. Builder of Choice Award recipients have demonstrated that they are consistent, reliable, efficient and effective, having instilled appropriate discipline in their building processes.
The Lee Evans Award was created to boost builders’ recognition and validate their dedication to management excellence. Though building companies across the nation apply for the honor, Builder Partnerships only recognizes one builder each year. Builders interested in applying must complete a full company analysis highlighting their performance across several metrics to demonstrate a well-run company; areas of focus include financial, strategy, human resources, production, warranty, sales and marketing, customer services, technology, insurance and litigation, association and community activities and letters of nomination.
The annual Guildmaster Awards celebrate service excellence within GuildQaulity’s network of home builders, remodelers, and home service professionals. Each year, special recognition is given to the members who consistently demonstrate exceptional customer service.
The CPHB Customer Satisfaction award is based on an index score made up of a builder's ranking in nine satisfaction categories. Customers of the builder are surveyed and asked to rank the builder in the different categories: professionalism, scheduling, construction quality, communication, problem resolution, employee and trade contractor, punch list, easier than expected and recommendation rating. The combined index score represents the builder's overall customer satisfaction rating, and in order to be the recipient of the CPHB Customer Satisfaction Award, the builder must have the highest index score in their category.
