Bryant Pollard

Estimator

As an Estimator for Windsong Properties, Bryant is responsible for managing the overall costs for labor and materials for homes and amenities. He reviews construction plans to ensure they reflect the custom design and amenities selected by the homeowner. He works closely with the entire team to be certain everything is in place.

Previously, Bryant worked as a Finish Manager at Windsong’s Marlowe community, where he focused on all the details that lead to a customer’s satisfaction with their new home.

Bryant began his career in construction in Chattanooga, where he worked for O’Neal Renovations as a Project Manager. In this role he completed remodeling projects, ensuring they met local building codes and ordinances while also meeting the time frame expectations of each customer.

Bryant attended the Chattanooga Fire Department Fire Academy and worked as a firefighter for four years. His work included public building safety pre-planning, where he learned the layouts and fire systems present in each structure.

Born and raised in Georgia, Bryant studied Mathematics at Tennessee Tech in Cookeville. There he met his wife, Mary Gray, a Human Resources professional with Amazon. Bryant and Mary were married in 2017, and welcomed their son, Will, in 2019 and their daughter Margaret in 2022.
