Chris Schneeberger

Finish Manager

Chris Schneeberger has always enjoyed learning about how things are made and brings a sense of wonder, along with his attention to detail, to the Finish Manager position at Windsong Properties.

After spending much of his professional career in law enforcement, Chris welcomes the opportunity to draw on his exceptional critical thinking skills, relationship-building abilities, and passion for engineering in this role.

Having served as an officer with the Columbus Police Department, and then as a corporal with the Columbus State University Police Department, Chris has nearly a decade of experience proactively ensuring a safe environment. His responsibilities also included making command decisions and supervising and instructing other officers.

Chris earned a master’s degree in public safety administration and a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Columbus State University. He also graduated from Northside High School’s magnet program for engineering.

Managing the elements that transform a newly built house into a home, like hardwood flooring and painting, are especially rewarding to Chris. He feels a sense of pride when homeowners are delighted to see the care taken and quality evident in their new home.

When not working on Windsong Properties, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and two children in their Canton home.
