Director of Construction

Reagan Anderson is the Director of Construction at Windsong Properties, bringing over 27 years of leadership and industry expertise. He has served in key leadership roles throughout his career, including Division President and Director of Construction. Reagan has also had significant operational responsibilities where he oversaw large-scale projects, managed teams and led strategic initiatives, honing his skills in construction management and operational excellence.

Reagan's journey into construction began when a friend's enthusiasm inspired him to enter the industry. Since then, he has built a diverse career, holding various senior roles across national and regional builders. Known for his "work smarter, not harder" philosophy, Reagan simplifies processes and removes obstacles to ensure quality and efficiency. He builds strong relationships with both employees and trade partners, fostering teamwork and a fun work environment. Reagan’s leadership is instrumental to Windsong, bringing both his depth of experience and a passion for building great homes.

Reagan studied Business Administration and Management and played baseball at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. Outside of work, he enjoys riding his Harley, farming, and spending time with his wife and five children.
