Steve Bronner

New Home Warranty Assistant Manager

As a new home warranty assistant manager, Steve is a resource for new Windsong homeowners. He is dedicated to working with them to assist in resolving any issues and providing the best service and experience possible in the year after they close and move into their new home.                                          

Prior to his current role, Steve was a Finish Manager, an important member of the construction team focused on the details that set Windsong homes and communities apart. Steve has lived in Georgia for 22 years, where he has built his career in the field of maintenance, warranty, and repair of multi-family and single-family homes. Through warranty work, repairs, and regular maintenance of his customers’ homes, he has gained a wealth of experience interacting with people, which is invaluable in his position with Windsong.

Steve was born and raised in Central New York. He and his wife of 30 years are parents of 2 daughters and grandparents to a grandson. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family, and encourages everyone to make time for whatever makes them happy.
