Steven Kendrick

New Home Warranty Tech

As Windsong’s New Home Warranty Technician, Steven Kendrick works with Windsong homeowners after closing to schedule contractors and supervise work for quality assurance regarding warranty issues. He serves as the Customer Service contact after closing, as well, answering questions and addressing any warranty concerns.

He brings more than 15 years of experience as a Real Estate Appraiser, and prior experience in home warranty to his position with Windsong.

Steven earned his Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Alabama, and served in the United States Marine Corps Reserves.

When not working with Windsong customers, Steven enjoys outdoor activities including fishing, kayaking, biking, and camping.
