A Blueprint for Success: Windsong Properties Receives Four Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association OBIE Awards

As we celebrate our 15th anniversary, we are proud to announce we recently received four Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (GAHBA) OBIE Awards for our personalized, homeowner-friendly development approach.

Considered the Atlanta housing industry’s highest accolade, the annual GAHBA OBIE Awards recognize outstanding innovation in new home building across more than 100 building, remodeling, marketing and personal achievement categories. This year we earned three Gold awards in the following categories:

• Single Family – Zero Lot Line, $225,000 to $299,999 price range, for The Hadley at Bel-Aire Creekside community
• Single Family – Zero Lot Line, $300,000 to $399,999 price range, for The Emerson at Bel-Aire Creekside community
• Single Family – Zero Lot Line, $400,000 to $499,999 price range, for The Carson at Serenade community

Additionally, we earned a Silver award in the Best Building Design – Detached Model, $300,000 to $399,999 price range, category for The Ashton at Grace community.

The OBIE Awards honors cap a benchmark year for Windsong Properties, its trade partners and homeowners. In March, we received the Lee Evans Award for Management Excellence at the Builder Partnerships Executive Summit Awards Banquet, commemorating our ongoing demonstration of sound management principles and next-level design and building standards. We also earned a GuildQuality 2018 Guildmaster Award as a customer service trailblazer within the residential construction industry.
