McConnell Green Named Community of the Year

McConnell Green receives title of Community of the Year for 55+ Housing at the recent Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association OBIE Awards. Considered one of the premier awards that recognizes outstanding achievement in home building, Windsong Properties was honored to be recognized with the best 55+ community for 2019.
The OBIES 39th Awards ceremony took place on Oct 26th at the Georgia Aquarium and in addition to this prestigious award, we were able to bring home a number of awards including two Gold and three Silver.
Windsong earned Gold awards in the following categories:

Single Family – Zero Lot Line ($300,000 to $399,999 price range) for The Harrison at McConnell Green

Additionally, earning three Silver awards in the following categories:
